Four frames of color etchings and aquatint engravings byOrfeo Tamburi depicting the streets of the various arrondissements of Paris. Each is stamped by the art publisher Il Cigno and signed by the artist in pencil. These prints are limited to 130 produced between 1979 and 1981 for the Paris 20 + 1 collection. They are sold in frames.

13th arrondissement - "square de la Place d'Italie" Gobelin district
20th arrondissement - "Rue-hotels" in the Ménilmontant district
Orfeo TAMBURI(1910-1994) was an Italian artist renowned for his depictions of urban portraits. In both etching and painting, he developed a technique with warm intonations and broad lines. The American magazine Fortune hired him to paint portraits of various cities across the country. In 1971, he moved to Paris and illustrated the capital. That same year, he was awarded the Italian Medal of Cultural Merit.
